Day 8 - Who would have thunk?

Okay. this is my eigth day. I blew up my diet on day 6 and on day 7 - I stuck with it. BTW on day 6, I blew it with beer. Damn that stuff is good - but man it has a lot of calories. So my lesson today: Drink Bud Light -It taste like water and I can't see any calories floating in there....
