Hi I'm Krista and this is the last time i"m going to attempt to lose these 40 pounds b/c its going to work!! I have yo-yoed my whole life and since my son was born almost 6 years ago..yes 6 years!!! I haven't been able to lose it. 20 pounds here and there..on & off...but I'm done w/ it! PS after my firstborn (daughter) I lost all of it...hit goal got prego w/ the boy....
So happy to have foind this site, I've never done it like this before hopefully w/ all of your support going through this with me will make the differnce I need. I work at a gym and try to work out as much as I can...but I eat like &*^$! And I love to drink as well! I know I know....get a handle on it girlfriend!! I have a great workout partner whom is much better than me, she goes to gym every day! But she is also great support...the bottom line is I need to do this for myself!! I'm ready!!
Love to hear of everyone else's struggles and achievements...looking forward to doing this with all of you!!
