Today is Tuesday, the first day I am starting my new way of life! I used to be so active, athletic, and at a great weight and very healthy. Ever since I got to college I have just let myself go. I used to weigh 130 pounds and am now at about 163. So, my first goal is to lose 10 pounds. I got up early this morning and worked out with my boyfriend: lots of stretching, about 40 minutes of cardio (one hour all together.) I am also going to change the way I eat: only diet pop, NO MORE ICE CREAM (my weakness), eat under 2,000 calories a day, and work out at least for 20 minutes everyday. Well, I'm going to get up and go cook a good healthy meal! Wish me luck!!
