Day 29

Had a good diet day yesterday. Didn't get on the treadmill as I had hoped, but getting home at 10:30 after being gone since 7:30 in the morn didn't leave me much of a chance. Have another game tonight, unless it gets cancelled. If it gets cancelled, hoping to look up doing some crunches and some other type of activity to add to walking on the treadmill.
Goals for today: walk on treadmill, 4 bottles of water, stick to diet planned.
