I am starting the special K challenge where I eat cereal for both breakfast and lunch and eat a reasonable dinner. I am hoping this will keep me fuller longer and keep my eating habits in check. I am going to do my workout before the kids get home from school today and feel pretty good about my self and my choice to get fit. I feel better than I did yesterday and want to keep it going!
