Week One

Well i'm going on day 5 of eating right; tracking my progress, and working out. I must say that I am super psyched that I discovered fitclick~ I love watching the numbers add up and it actually thrills me to see the numbers change and I always prey that I fall inside my goals. So far so good. I need to write things down so that I can see what is going into my body and how much I am eating. I know that the numbers aren't 100% accurate that I am marking down, but they're pretty damn close. I will continue to write things down and even when I have no computer access, I will write down my food intake and make sure I fill out my online profile ASAP!!!
Wish me luck....I feel really good about 2010.
