Well... I thought I would create my own nutritional targets rather than talking to the experts and created a meal plan which with the following targets: Carbs - 45%, Protein - 40%, Fat 15%... I've been able to hit the Fat target with a bit of work (i.e. that's more fat than naturally comes with my food choices) but I can't seem to get the balance between Carbs and Proteins down pat - failing daily in meeting those targets lol. If anyone has a suggested meal plan - please let me know the name... I'm changing mine at the end of the week.
