Losing weight in Orlando Florida

Well, my first day of dieting is over. So far it has not been so hard (knock on wood); Yesterday, I went out for a 30 minute walk in the middle of a very unseasonable cold weather.  

I am very excited with idea of losing weight; I would like to find a support buddy to work together to accomplish this common goal.
