Day 2

Well, I struggled last night with the no eating after dinner. Boy, is that one of my downfalls. I LOVE to eat after dinner. What else is there to do? I bought myself gum to help. It did work enough to stop me, but I made myself go to bed so that I wouldn't be tempted. I think I will start sitting upstairs with my husband because for some reason, when I am around him, I tend not to eat like that. Plus, once I am settled upstairs away for the fridge, I don't tend to come back down to eat. Watching TV downstairs at night is just a short way to the fridge or pantry and well, why not? My overweight butt says "That's why not" LOL Well, going into day 2 and getting ready to eat breakfast and heading over to my mom's to use her treadmill so I can jog my 3 miles. This should be an interesting morning since I haven't jogged in over a month. Granted, I had to take off while I had Bronchitis, but from going from doing nothing for a month to exercising yesterday and jogging 3 miles today, this will definitely be a workout.
My cousin inspired me to start the C25K program last summer and I thought I would never do it, but I got through and made it. I was so happy. I even got to jog one at Thanksgiving. I am hoping to organize one here in my hometown by next year for our fundraiser for our MCB Youth Baseball/Softball leagues. I am in charge of fundraising and when I pitched it to the group - they seemed to like the idea. I think it will be fun. Organizing it for the first year will be a challenge I am sure, but it will definitely be worth it.
OK, enough chit chat for me today. I will talk to everyone again tomorrow as long as I can move my hands that is hehehe JK.
