Just Beginning

I have been using this site for just over a week now and am soooo amazed at the results I am seeing. What a difference just logging in food and seeing calories, carbs, proteins, etc. and how they work for or against my body. In the past 8 days I have dropped 5 pounds just simply by packing my lunch for work and cooking better meals for supper. I try to get in at least 30 min of walking each day although sometimes that is a challenge. I started this journey with 110 pounds to lose so I know it's a long, life-changing road. I am just excited to finally be learning more about food and nutrition so that I can really make the life changes necessary to be the healthy, active woman I really want to be.
