Half the battle

I wake up every weekday morning a 4:30 and begin the mental gymastics to get myself out of bed, dressed and ready for the gym. I start by giving myself just 10 minutes more to snooze. In my head I'm continually talking myself out of bed, "come on you'll feel better once you're up". I eventually get out of bed at around 4:45 and drag myslef to the bathroom. After a moment of looking at my face and thinking how tired I look I begin to brush my teeth. From that point it's all down hill. Life is good and I'm wide awake and ready to workout.
