So yea, yesterday I took a nice two hour walk in the morning.  Gym in the afternoon (Finally).  Managed to atleast to run for 20 min, I'm not as outta shape as I thought I was. Then went roller skating.  Let me tell you the amount of pain.  I feel like I want to tear out everything.  Yes, even my bones.  I feel like I'm 60 years old.  Anyways, could bearely get out of bed this morning, but I did.  went do the groceries and yes.  For some god awful reason wanted to hit the gym again today.  So I did.  Now I kind of regret it.  Because my muscles allready hurt, and went work out again, I feel like I pulled every muscle in my body.  So if someone can just remind me why i wanted to loose weight in the first place, I'd be grateful.  I think this is why I gave up every other time.  But I won't this time.  I'll stick to it.  I'm allready starting to feel a difference when I put on my clothes.  Theres a little more space in them.  Anyways I am going to eat now and sit down and watch a movie.  I'm done for the night.  Night.
