Tonight I was able to go to the gym...my legs were still a little sore, but I took the advise that I was given and cut my routine in half today, used the lowest weight that I could...and instead of doing 30 minutes of cardio, I did 20. My legs are tired, but they are okay...tomorrow is just cardio for me, so I will step it up to 25 minutes and see how that goes. I stayed within my calories today, which made me feel great, since we had a party this afternoon where there were a lot of tempting foods! Tomorrow morning is weigh in day...wish me luck! I'm sure if I've lost anything I will let you all know about it! But for now, its 1 a.m. so I best get some sleep!
