Motivation

Iam trying to stay motivated. I have lost almost 30 pounds and 2" in the waist.
Even thought i have done so well i know that i have been slacking, just a little.
I have not been pushing my self on the strenght training. So as of this week i have changed all of that. by upping my weight on all my exercises. This should help me and maybe i will feel like iam really working out again and not just going threw the motions.
