Having Fun

Well, not much new to report. Been busy searching magazines and web for new recipes and finding some really interesting stuff out there. I have had so much fun cooking the past week or so. I find it really helpful if I plan out my whole day's food ahead of time. It really keeps me on track and stops some of that mindless eating that is so easy to do. I still really need to exercise more, but making time for that has been a real challenge. I guess I'm just not in a hurry to see how much I can make my muscles ache. But I am walking more and even my kids commented that I don't come home from work so tired anymore, so I know that even the little bit I am doing is helping. I really do want to go the gym and workout for an hour or so and get my metabolism boosted and start building some strength. Remember that even if you made a bad choice an hour ago, you have right now to make a good choice. Keep on keeping on!
