Heartbreak is the hardest thing to overcome even with food. Remember all the food will taste & feel good for the moment but after you will still be hurt & you will have to try to get back on the wagon too. It is so hard to keep going at a time like this. I always find a sweet fruit to munch on if I need something (like watermelon). It helps me because it is sweet enough to quench that need but doesn't ruin the diet. Keep with it girl! You can do it!

awww Krystina, I am sorry for the emotional turmoil you're going through. Food is such a comfort and a friend to us when we can't control what's going on in our hearts. But once the oreo bag is empty, the pain is still there. Only time is going to help the feelings, you don't want to make it worse by back stepping on all the progress you've made this past week. Your value as a person is inside of you, not in someone else's opinion of you. So put down the snacks, go look in the mirror and tell yourself 3 positive things about you. go ahead, I'll wait til you get back......lol. Keep making good decisions for you. In time the heart will heal and you will have an outside that will match the beautiful inside. Keep eating well and exercising. BTW, exercise releases endorphins which create happy feelings in us. So instead of eating away your sadness, walk it off. Stay strong.
