well, i'm 25 years old and have been lucky enough to have always been able to get by with eating whatever and not gaining weight. unfortunately, i woke up one day (about 2 years ago) and noticed that even though i was thin, i was very flabby. my friends call me skinny fat.. so for two years i have been saying i will workout but i just dread the thought of having to put on tennis shoes and do actual exercise. i am 5'2'' and currently weighing in at 103.. sounds nice but it's all in my tummy.. i have a huge kangaroo pouch looking thing with a line where my tummy sits on my jeans!! i know gross.. in fact, i refuse to go to pool parties and bbqs in a bathing suit.. only wear them in front of family..

so... i found myself extremely down and out recently and i went from 98lbs to 103 in about 10 days.. i was literally laying in bed for 4 days straight eating chocolate cake. i don't even like chocolate but i was eating it.. finally, on tuesday i decided to find those old running shoes from 6 years ago and head to the gym. i have had a membership for 9 years and literally gone a total of 10 times i think (my mom gets an awesome deal through her work).. i went and i hated it.. i spent exactly 6 min 28 sec on the stairmaster and i started seeing dots.. im the girl that gets out of breath when i run to the mailbox and back.. it's quite ridiculous actually. i worked out for a total of 45 minutes.. thank god my ex was a personal trainer who had taught me how to use the machines a few years back.

i woke up the next morning hating life because i was so incredibly sore.. but at the same time i was kind of happy i had done it. so i decided to really do it and im going to stick with it. i don't want to lose weight i just want to have a super hot body where u can count the muscles in my back :)

it's 11 PM right now and i just got out of the shower after the gym.. i came online to check out workout routines and diet plans and read a few blogs.. i decided that this blog is going to be more like my workout journal. wish me luck!
