Commit to Exercise

Well, I have pretty much mastered losing weight. I know how to get it off.
The Herbalife Shapeworks program works for me. I can lose weight by eating right or better. I know what makes me gain weight. It is my sweet tooth. I was raised on dessert after dinner everyday. My grandma Temple gave me ice cream everyday after dinner. I love vanilla ice cream with cookies for dessert.
Ever since my world has crashed down on me with the failure of my marriage of 25 years and my grown children leaving the nest, I have binged on sweets. I have gained back 30 lbs. of the 40 lbs that I had lost. I am great at using enhancers to lose weight. I trouble with the maintaining the program because I want to go back to eating sweets.
I have made the decision to exercise more this time and focus less on the enhancers. One of my goals is to tighten up the belly fat on my stomach. Even with the enhancers it is still flabby when I lose weight. It looks to me like my stomach fat increases and decreases. I am the mother of four. I don't want my stomach to look like.
My biggest decision is to fit in exercise around my schedule as a flight attendant. My schedule next month encompasses two days off a week. After flying several days I usually come home too exhausted to exercise and sleep.
Standing on my feet for several hours a day creates a challenge for finding exercises that don't require pounding on my tired feet.
I love group exercise classes. I really enjoyed working out at Bally's. They have great bootcamps and group exercise classes. I also enjoy water aerobics. Yoga is another exercise I enjoy. I love bicycling.
However where there is a will there is a way.

Now time to stop procastinating and start exercising.
