Day 23 - Cheat day.

So everyone always says you should not denie yourself of your cravings. So I came up with a thinkg where I have a cheat day at the end of every month, where I can pick a thing or two i been craving all month. I think it's easier this way so I can look foward to it all month. Gives me something to work for. It was awsome. I had Chicken roti (witch isn't all that bad but... yea) and a blizzard. so now I am back starting tomorrow. I get to look foward to february 28th. I think this month will be pizza. Anyways I'm tired now so I'm headed to bed. Oh yea... I did Yoga today. I actually like it i was real fun. ok night
