So I am looking to cut my sweet tooth and detoxify my body all naturally. Everyone ha dheard about this Lemonade diet, it rly works but I found that u lose muscle and upon returning back to food you gain at least half back and if u work out perpare to gain mor when the muscle comes back. Plus you lack nutrients and the hunger pains are ridiculous. But the raw food diet u can eat just raw foods. Veggies, fruits, beans etc. I think this is great especially if your not a huge meat eater, which I am not. I prob eat meat 1 time a day sometimes 2. I wanna do the raw food diet for two weeks (14 days) to see if I can help increase my weight loss in my belly. I have a BMI of 25 but I still have a puggy stomach from my preggo and hav a hard time losing it, I heard this diet can increase belly fat lost. If anyone has any other great ways to lose belly fat plz LMK. I am 5'2 and 135. But i dont look like it I jus want to flatten my stomach. I do aerobic class 2 days a week (kickboxing/Bodyworks Fitness), Lift 3 days a week and do the Stairmaster (cardio) 1 day a week. I've been doing this for 3 weeks now I've lost 1 inch so far on my waist and hips but no weight lost. Also have not changed my diet, pretty good, i only it whole grain and wheat products, not fried food, veggies, tons of fruit. My only prob is my sweet tooth, but I've been cutting back alot lately. Prob indulge every other day. Should I try this diet or give my body more time working out and lifting before I put it in shock. Any advice is very appreciated. Thanks Everyone
P.S. Never had weight issues (still dont) been a athlete my whole life. I look grt but my stomach is still puggy, soft to touch but completely flat. Check out Pic and LMK wat you think. My only body issue. Forgive the Strech marks the beauty of carrying a child LOL
