Wow, took some advice given me and upped my calories for a couple days and guess what? It worked! the weight has started decreasing again. In fact, I lost the 2# i put back on, plus 1/2 pound more! I think it's easy to get defeated and feel like the weight is just destined to stay on no matter what we do. I think that's a lie we just tell ourselves instead of pushing on and doing what we know has to happen to live healthier, longer lives. Thanks to all who have given advice and encouraged me.
