I'm trying very hard to maintain a weight loss regimine. I even took the YMCA up on their offering of free "wellness coaching." I spent an hour with a wonderful woman, Deb, who showed me how to properly use the Free Motion machines and added some crunches and squats to my routein. However, I gained a pound in this last week. Bummers-ville. I go back and forth on beating myself up for slipping up on my diet and telling myself that muscle weighs more than fat, so all is not lost.
Is anyone else at the same place that I am? I have huge legs and a badonkadonk that could rival a Kardashian booty, but there are still areas of fat that just won't go away! I want my body to look its best...not just have muscle encased in fat. I eat very few carbs, have cut a signifigant amount of alcohol out of my life and make it to the gym 4-5 times a week. I know that good results take time, but I'm afraid I'll I'm getting are bigger legs and a wider ass.
Thanks for listening to my rant, y'all. I am generally positive, but today (with a blizzard out my window and a fridge full of food I can't eat) I'm a little bit of a Debbie Downer. I guess it happens to us all.
