Day 29 - Feeling Sore But Feeling Good.

So, I did another spin class since my last post, and an Attack class (now as aggresive as that sounds it's not), it's actually a cardio class where all the moves are derived from sports. If you go to good life you'll know what I am talking about. Today I did a step/arobics class the followed by yoga. Man do I ever feel good. Today I realized something. I go to the gym 7 days a week. My sister always tells me that i need rest days. I know she's right, but like I said I figured out why I can't do it. Every other time i have done this I've always said oh I'll take a rest day here and there and here again. Then it turned to lazy days and I quit. I thin k I am scared that will happen again. So I figured out what I am going do. I am going to pick 2 days of the week and still go to the gym but just walk on the treadmill so that I don't get to feel like i am going to fail again. If anyone else has any other ideas or thoughts, I am open to your suggestions. Thanks abunch.
