Ok so I am giving the thumbs down to my diet!
I do great in the morning with a simple bowl of no sugar added cereal such as Cheerios or Special K. In the after noon, My choices aren't so bad either.BUT...Supper time rolls around and I am always FAMISHED! I eat like crazy. Today I had a MOUND of spaghetti with a four cheese tomato sauce! It was good! But Oh! My! Gosh! I think I can practically feel it clinging onto my thighs!
I have never eaten healthy on a steady basis. I've always eaten what I wanted. Whatever tasted good. If I had the money it would be nothing to live on Subway and eat veggie subs all the time, or a fresh salad. But to say that I could do that...ummm...Nope! Money is tight and so is the budget so it's a pack of spaghetti " 3$" and a can of tomato sauce "4$" and it feeds all my kids and myself! When you aren't trying to loose weight you think that spaghetti is no big deal, but right now...I eat it and I feel soooo badly about it.
On th eupside I did do my workout today. It was very tiring but I did it!
