I wish I could come up with a clever title for all my blogs. ~le sigh~
My workout efforts yesterday have resulted in sore stomach, thigh and arm muscles today. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to push the envelope and do more toning excercises today?
If I lose 3 lbs a week, it should take me 13 months to lose my weight and get to my goal of 135...13 months!
That seems like a collosal challenge...almost too hard to imagine.
I have so much going on in my life right now, how do I make myself a priority?
How do I look at my daughter who doesn't want me to leave her and say, "sorry hunni, mommy needs to go to the gym...no bedtime story for you tonight."
I've never been a selfish person...I don't even know how to be one...
sidenote - Layla has been in bed for an hour and hasn't fallen asleep yet...do I go get her, or leave her? damn.
