Diets Suck

My weightloss jouney is far from over, but what I have learned is diets suck. In my opinion the best way to loose weight continuously and keep it off is to eat in a way you can eat for the rest of your life. Meaning, I can take the italian sausage out of my speghetti and replace it with chicken breats and be ok with that. If I choose to have a taste of sausage I can return to my regular healthy routine and not feel like I'm missing something. I cook with light butter, but I spread with real. When I'm out to dinner I eat steak, but I cook with fish more often. Healthy changes you can live with vs. a diet are a much smarter way to go for long term success.
