Boy howdy did day 4 start out not so well.  I weighed in this morning and was up.  It was only a couple of ounces, but it's been a couple of ounces a day.  I know weight fluctuates as much as 5 lbs in a day, so I'm not going to let it discourage me.  I'm also due for my period anyday and retain water like crazy while pmsin .... so like I said, no biggie.
By not so well, I meant in just the daily activites.  My boyfriend works 2nd shift and he complained the day before yesterday that we hadn't been spending time together or getting to talk because all this week I've been asleep when he gets home, and usually gone with some activity for the kids when he gets up.  So I stayed up last night and we spent some time together.  And that time kept going until well after 1 am.  So when my alarm went off this morning at 6, I wasn't a happy camper.  Then my oldest was slacking BIG TIME getting ready for school so we left 10 minutes later than usual.  My "baby" woke up with a cold, so I was right about his extra whineyness yesterday.  So not only was extra whiney, but also extra clingy.  I had to take him on my errands, including a wasted trip to the post office, and the laundry mat (my dryer crapped over the weekend).  Then, we had an unexpected trip to the ER when he fell off the back of the couch and landed on his head.  Knocked him out for 2 seconds (I timed it) but he checked out, no concussion just a nice lump.
Diet wise I'm doing well, I'm up to like 6 something calories and i've even managed to get some yoga in, as well as parking as far away as possible.  Tonight however I'm supposed to go to my parent's house for dinner and kinda nervous.  I seem to lose any sense of will power and self control over there.
