One year to get fit

Much to my surprise, I think I'm not eating enough calories. I know that sounds crazy but I'm under my calorie range for weight loss. I also am getting a VERY clear picture that I eat junk! No wonder I'm tired and out of shape. On the positive side, having the fridge cleaned out and organzied with already prepared fruits and veggies to eat was a huge help and my family likes it too! No activity today since I'm in a flare with pain but I'm not giving up. It may not be tomorrow or the next day but the pain will eventually subside or at least ease enough that I can go for a walk or work out at the gym. I'm ready to anyway!
