Okay, so this is my second week on a low calorie diet. WEll low compared to what I used to eat. Its for 1,350 -1,450 calories per day. I started off at 175 puonds and lost 4.5 pounds the first week. But I have been having some trouble this week. I have gotten really hungry and have gone over my calorie intake 3 times this wk. Although not too much of an increase its still upsetting. I try to do at least 100 crunches per day or some sort of excercise whether its walking or dancing at home (or with my new toy the Wii.) Suprisingly this is the first time I have kept to a diet all by myself. I sometimes get distracted as I have to cook "regular" meals for my hubby and daughter. Anyon elese going through these things struggles too?
