The beginning....

Hello everyone.....
So here I go. I have decided this past Monday- March 1st that I need to get up, get going and quit making excuses for myself. So here I am...lol. This past Monday I did a Run/Walk 25 min. workout and the treadmill and got 1.25 mile in, Tuesday (today) I did a class called Butt's& Guts- great class. I am already feeling the pain. So Tomorrow is where it all really begins for me. I found this web site today and I am going to use it as my new tool. I am really excited about what the future holds and it has taken me a long time to get to this place, a place where I know I can and will be better. Everyday I have to make an effort to be the best I can mentally, physically and spiritually. I know I can do it! I know I will have good days, bad days, great days and horrible days but the gym is where I can let it all go.
Wish me luck as it all begins tommorw. My brother gave me great advice today, as he is a college football player and has always kept himself in great shape- He said, "Em, everyday you have to make this a habbit, especially on days you dont feel like going those are the days YOU HAVE to Go!" It will make you a better person and this is what it takes, and I am ready. God Bless all of you in your journey and I will try to write as much as possible and keep you updated on life in and out of the gym. Feel free to leave me comments/questions too.
