Tracking Works!!!!

I know I am preaching to choir but this really works tracking your calories. I decided this time while dieting to have a cheat day once every two weeks. I generally stay well below my target caloric intake. Well on the day I cheated for one meal I consumed more calories then I would have in two total days. I am astonished at the amount of calories I have been eating. Little light blub just went on--no wonder I am so heavy. I ate in one meal 2500 calories and I now I am shooting for 1200-1500 per day. WOW!!!!
