Out of touch, but not out of mind

Well, I haven't been able to check in for various reasons. I have yet to learn to twitter, but that would be nice to track food during the day without having to get to a computer. Has anyone done this? How does it work.
I was in classes this weekend. Spent time with my precious granddaughter and then drove down to classes on Saturday. Got back to my house late on Saturday night. Sunday was spent preparing our house for several groups of people that will be through this week. Family on Tuesday, business associate on Wednesday (coming in from the home office, and bringing his wife to chill out with us at our house) and then one of my bestest friends 60th birthday here on Thursday night...then back down to Jackson for classes on Friday and Saturday. I took today and 1/2 day off tomorrow to have some personal time. I will need it.
I have been pleased with my eating. Even though I haven't recorded it all here, I have written it down in my journal and when I have time I will add it.
Off to read Christian Ethics and a book on Justice, so I can write a paper.
