Well I went to the dentist this morning because I apparently grind my teeth...oops! So I have to get a night guard to help relieve the headaches, and jaw/teeth aches that I have so even though I really don't want it....I think it will be helpful!
In regards to my diet....went to the grocery and picked up some baby carrots, some fruit, oatmeal for breakfast, and tofurkey sandwich supplies. I will base I guess what I can actually eat by figuring what I am going to have for dinner in the A.M.
Went to the gym last night and heading there again tonight....feel that if I can at least just do 25 minutes of cardio a day then I will be motivated to go everyday. I get unmotivated when I determine that I am going to go to this and that class on these days and then I don't have time to commit an hour so I end up not doing anything! Sooo this is my way of getting out of that habit!
I am a bit worried for next week while I am in Indianapolis and what I am going to be looking like in regards to my food intake....my brother's family are huge in the fast world so I might just go do some research now to figure out what I will have and then I will do walks around the neighborhood (pray for nice weather) with Bradley who I know he will love riding in his wagon/stroller :o)
Off to another good day! Can't wait for lunch! Bought some course grey poupon and I am just craving it!! OH and guess what?!? I found veggie meatless pepperoni today at the grocery! Man is that something I crave!! YAY!!
