It's almost been a week

Well Hello Everyone,
I hope this new blog finds all of you doing well. It's been a VERY sunny and beautful week in Michigan and I spotted my first robin of the year, which is a good sign that spring seems to be on the way. I am keeping my fingers crossed for that.
Well tomorrow, Wednesday is the mark of my first week on the fitclick program and my wieghin. I am honestly excited because even though it's only been one week, this program has made me more accountable, aware, and on track to meeting my weight loss goals. I know I am sure I will have good days with bad days, but I just hope that I can continue to keep this positive attitude up and make this my lifestyle.
God is Good, as I know I could not do anything without him.
