Okay so I am going to try a few different things this week! Didnt lose any weight this week. Gonna try adding more protein to my diet (thnx 4 the tip) I have officially lost 6 pds but that was during my first two weeks. The third week nothing. I also just ordered the wii fit your shape, am excited about adding more fun activities into my excercise routine. : ) Hope all goes well. Ill write again by Monday so that You all can see if the changes I make help and to see if I lose wright this week.
