Day 3

So I am on day two (3) of my diet. My goal is to lose 20 pounds, no rush just would like to notice something to motivate me. I currently weigh 137 which is noticeable on me due to my height. I am 30 with two beautiful daughters and I own a business in the mountains so there is plenty of things to do outdoors. There are no gyms here and I dont have alone time for workout videos, so I invested in "shape-up shoes" LOVE THEM!!! I started wearing them and going on long power walks and you can feel the difference almost immediately. Its as if you are climbing stairs as you walk. I would recommoned them to anyone, if I can do this you can. I wear them everywhere I go considering I am so busy. When I do get the chance weather permitting the plan is to hike. But with our grand opening coming in May this seems to be way. I have decided to cut my calories in half to 1,200 daily or less. And it is hard to do, yesterday I was at 450 before dinner and mistakenly ate the worst meal and put me way over my goal. I will keep you posted!
