Giving up machines for Lent

Half jokingly - I am giving up cardio machines for Lent. Instead of doing warm-up and cardio intervals on a machine (treadmill, stepper, elliptical, etc) lately I've been getting creative w/ body weight pulse-spikers and I feel like I'm working a LOT harder. My metabolism has been up a lot more too, I'm constantly eating and also feeling more lean.
Warm up fav: 50 front kicks, 50 side kicks, 50 pony kicks, alternating legs, resting between sets. + arms: 50 front jabs, 50 uppercuts. Ready to go!
Interval circut, did this one last workout and it was a butkicker: ea interval is 60 secs, followed by 2 min rest walking around the room
- Mountain climbers
- Seal walk/plate drag (feet on 25 lb plate, walk forward on hands dragging plate
- Plate push (hands on 25 lb plate, walk forward with feet, pushing plate)
- Rear step cross overs on bench (30 secs ea leg)
- Burpees
Burn, baby, burn.
