added protein

The added protein seems to be doing its job, but now I read that if you give up too many carbs you really are just getting rid of the water carbs help you retain. So I decided to add the protein watch the carbs not cut them out(which I can't do anyways). I am trying to adopt an eating plan I can easily stick with in the future. Thats my goal and I am sure I will stumble along the way but I am getting better about just starting all over the next day and not getting caught up in the guilt.Also I am trying not to get too discouraged that I can't drop the weight like I did when I was a teen.
