Or something like that. So, right. I've started a Challenge. I have 6 weeks (right) to be able to do 100 pushups in a row. It's called... *ding, ding, ding!* "The 100 Pushups Challenge." Creative, eh? You have three workouts each week, and every week you do an exhaustion test on the first workout. The idea is, is that your first workout of the week will be way more than your previous weeks' exhaustion test. Here's the clincher... If you beat your previous exhaustion test throughout the week, that is your new goal to beat! It seems a lot more difficult that it actually is, or maybe it doesn't, but I think it's going to be good... I also don't think I'll reach 100 by April 23rd. I'm going to just keep trying though. If I don't make it to 100, I'll just start a new 6-week course. I think that's fair. Right? Right. I'm also doing a "200 Situps Challenge" ... Ha! I couldn't even do a SINGLE sit up!!! What the heck am I doing to myself? I see people on the Biggest Loser doing multiple sit ups on the first day! Ridiculous!!! So, instead, I've started my OWN challenge: "The 1000 Crunches Challenge!" Dum-dum-duuuuummmmmm! (That's supposed to be that scary sound they would always play in old thrillers and horrors... you know, the squirrel/hamster thing that became famous because of YouTube sound... It's a thing.) Yeah, Monday, Wednesday and Friday are my days. Actually, I worked out today. Sort of. Okay, not really. Lay off! :) Day one: totally killed my arms and my abs burnt like hell. Day two: couldn't lift my arms higher than my chest. Day three: suffered through more arm and ab burn. Day four: NO pain in my abs at all!!! Slight arm pain..... Looking up! Sssooooooo, I did some crunches. Not too shabby if you ask me. Oh, you're not asking me? Well who asked you?! Ha. Whoa. I'm talking to myself here..... Right. It's a slow moving train, but you gotta start somewhere.
