Doing well!

I am quite proud of me this week. I have stuck to all my workouts and eaten right! Next week I am weaning myself off coffee as I only like it with sugar, but that has been the only sugar I have been eating. Next week I am going to do every other day then twice a week, then nada! My weakness is sugar, and the only way I can keep myself in check is to avoid it.
I am trying to stay motivated an celebrate my small victories. I am gettign stronger, able to lift more weight and feel myself changing. These are things I can celebrate as I get healthy!
