I weighed myself this morning and I was up half a pound. I now weigh 130lbs total. I have 5lbs to loose and I would like to do it by May 1, 2010. That gives me 1 month. I have high hopes for myself in achieving this goal. It is a new month, spring is begining, and I feel confident in myself! So I am heading into spring with a smile and new attitude.
Road blocks ahead of me are Easter food, drinking, laziness, and stress of the end of the school year. These are going to be hard to overcome but I am just going to keep on working at it.
