A lot of things coming up in May. Trade show and dance workshop. Would really like to be down 5 - 1 0 lbs by then and down at least 15 by our Gala in June. Counting now, which is good. Walked last night, Yoga this morning & dance tonight.
Gotta do this, was really uncomfortable after Easter dinner & my knees are really complaining.
