Discouraged

Ok, today I'm feeling like I could puke, burry my head in the sand, cover up with a rock, and eat an entire cheesecake all in one. See, I have been excersizing for the past month and to date have only managed to lose 7lbs. I have changed the way I eat. I no longer skip breakfast, I manage the amount I eat. I work out at the gym or the track at least 4 days a week mostly 5. But still I can not manage to drop the weight. One of the issues may be my heartrate. My heartrate skyrockets any time I do any sort of activity. I jogged for 1minute the other day and checked my heartrate after... it was 178! I am going to see a doctor about this issue this week but it has been like this all of my life. I just never realized it was that bad. I wasn't gasping for air or anything but my heartrate seems to stay between 175 - 185 any time I do any type of cardio. I have no idea how to fix this. Going to curves didn't work because of this problem. I WASN'T ALLOWED TO DO ANYTHING! how can you lose weight when all you are allowed to do is stand there. Feeling a little frustrated but still going to go for my walk/run tonight.
