Day Fifteen

Two weeks down, many more to go. I have been doing pretty good staying on track with food. I want to push my workouts a little more, which will happen once my mother leaves tomorrow... She came down for a few days, but has been encouraging and actually went walking with me each day so i stayed on track. I am down a few pounds, and hope I can continue to lose the weight and keep myself on track.
