Another Day

Well, yesterday's plan was a good one. Unfortunately, I did not carry it out. I was out of my home for hours longer than I expected. It threw off my groove. I did fine at lunch, but I did not get to nap until hours later than normal. I find that napping later in the day makes it much harder to do well with my eating. By the time I actually get to lay down I am beyond exhausted and am looking for something to help elevate my very low energy level. Also, when I nap later I tend to have to take a shorter nap due to time constraints, so I after I get up I am still very tired. I hate Lyme disease. I am looking forward to feeling good again. So I blew my plan yesterday. I ate a bunch of stuff I should not have. Today is a new day--with a new plan. Praise God! His mercies are new EVERY morning!
