Week 2...I did it!

I started working out and watching what I eat officially on April the second. It was not till the 6th that I found this site and started using it. I made it through week 1 and I don't feel like it is hopeless. I feel accomplished actually. Last Friday I could only walk 1 mile comfortably and now I am up to 3.5 and to top it off I have been wearing those hideous Sketcher Shape Up tennis shoes....those things will make your hair hurt! I have managed to knock off 6 pounds in a week. I realize a lot of that might be fluid, but I officially stepped on the scale today and it said "199" ...the big ugly "2" is gone and I hope it never returns! TGIF! Drink more water! That is my goal for today!
