Almost 40, Yikes!

I turn 40 in a couple of months and I've come to the conclusion that I really need to increase how often I work out. Specifically, I believe that I need to increase how often I strength train because it is getting harder to maintain muscle mass as I get older. If I don't maintain or increase my amount of lean muscle mass my BMR will gradually decrease and I'll start packing on the pounds (of fat). Got to get in there and move some weight.
