44 year old female - 168lbs would like to lose 25lbs
I sit a desk all day -
I can't figure out the fitclick journal-tracker ect. - today I ate a total of 1500 cal. -
Breakfast:
1 banana, 1 apple , 12 icecubes, 1/4 cup strawberry - 1 scoop of slim fast vin with 8 oz 1%milk - blended together
1 - cup of hot green tea (honey flavor)
Mid morning snack:
1 cup honey bunches of oats honey clusters
1/2 cup salt free trail mix
1 cup coffee with 1 non-fat vin coffee creamer
Afternoon snack:
1 cup black coffee
Dinner:
2 tacos ( olelpaso taco corn shell (2) with 1 cup lean hamberger fried with rotel tomatoes in it & 2 tbls hot sauce)
1/3 cup nestle tolhouse choc chips with smoothmove hot tea
and all day I had 48 oz of water to drink
My body bar toning class lasted 60 min and I burned 452 cal.
Not sure if I am to eat 1400 cal or have a total of 1400 cal by the end of the day counting my activity.... HELP!!! I just wanted something simple to imput my food intak and cal burned with excercise not sure how to do all the steps with this program yet.
