The Final Countdown

I am scaling new heights....note:  that is not a good thing.  The scale is definately moving the wrong direction, largely in part to my lack of self control.  My Bosses 40th Birthday is today.  Or whole office has been celebrating with her for an entire week.  Today ended with cake after eating out for lunch.  Tomorrow is a new day!  The Birthday is OVER thank goodness, and I am feeling somewhat optimistic about the rest of the week.  Tomorrow I have boot camp.....where I intend to un-do some of the week's "damage".  IthinkIcan, IthinkIcan, IthinkIcan, IknowIcan, IknowIcan, IknowIcan!  My son has strep throat, so I am crossing my fingers and toes that I can side step it.  Poor thing is miserable.  Oh well, have to go pick up the daughter from her evening activities...TTFN :-)
