Hey there New here to this site and I'm slowly finding my way around.  I have been using another site to track my calories and exercises and it was a good site but I love this one because it will actually give you a work out to follow.  LOVE THAT!  It's exactlly what I've been looking for.  I'm not new to exercise, I've been athletic most of my life till the last 5 years (after I got married, shhhhh don't tell my husband I said that).  But within the last 5 years I've put on 70lbs! I know holy crap right?  Well I had a baby 2.5 years ago so I'm still tring to loose the last 10lbs gained from that and boy thats not easy at all.  I had a weak core to being with and then had a c-section so that messed me up even more.  So I've been limping along the last few years but at least I've maintained but I haven't lost.  SO I 'm becoming more aware.  Had a full physical done and guess what?  I'm fat, lol but I do have high triglycerides and low calcium and vitamin D and so on.  So doc said work har for 1 month and come back.  So here I am 2 weeks left to go still 200lbs but I sure am eating better.  I was able to do the womens cardio and core training exercise today and I'm really gonna try to keep up with it but I hate jogging and it wants me to run 2 to 4 miles a  day . SO we will see.  Don't know if anyone will read this but here it is. Sorry so long.  GOOOD LUCK to all
